Phil and Ted e3 double stroller includes lap bar, rain shields, UV/bug net cover, infant headrest, manuals + doubler seat. Awesome stroller, folds easily + fits in trunk with 2nd seat still attached. Black and grey with some fading on trim, a bit of scuffs on side bar + small amount of rusting in one joint (doesn't effect safety). Clean, no fragrance, tires just pumped and ready to go, departure bay $300 firm. Can deliver!
