I am an Experienced Toronto BORN, CSR/Data Entry/Admin./Receptionist person looking for a Part-time daytime position. I am looking for 2 or 3 or 4 days a week during the day as I work some nights.
I am looking for CSR work, up selling, Data Entry, General Admin. & Reception work.
I have over 10 years experience as a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry/Admin./Receptionist person that would be an asset to your company.
Recently, I was working for a Conference Company for 3 years doing Research/Data Entry & CSR work for the morning 6:30 shift. I was researching information online, calling overseas confirming existing information and obtaining new information in regards to company CEO's, Vice Presidents & Directors etc., and entering this information accurately into their Data Base.
I worked as a CSR/Data Entry/Admin./Receptionist person for City Wide Maid Service until 2009. I was also required to schedule maids, phone customers, e-mail customers, file, handle cash and distribute cheques to the maids.
I was working as an inbound (sometimes outbound) customer service rep at Teleperformance for the Bell Canada campaign until 2008. While working for the Bell Canada campaign, sometimes I was asked to be an interpreter for Russian, Ukrainian and Polish speaking customers when a problem arose. What took 20 minutes to explain to a customer in English took 2 minutes to explain the problem in their native tongue.
Due to my Managerial and Administrative Skills, in August 2007 I was hired as a District Returning Officer/Manager for the Advanced Polls in September 2007 for Elections Canada to supervise 4 people, 2 Polling Clerks, 1 Revisionist and 1 Greeter. I also worked for Elections Canada part-time in 2007,2008, 2013 & have now been hired part-time for 2014.
Also I have worked as an assistant manager in a coffee shop, administrative work in an animation school and I have strong communication and client relation skills. I have proven abilities as a fund solicitor, raising capitol for various workshops that I have organized, implemented and completed.
